I am a Leeds based personal trainer who offers a supportive and consultative training approach ; designed to motivate not intimidate.

Training sessions can be done at my home, your home or any outside environment of your choice depending on your preference.  I have all the equipment we need!  I generally train on a one to one basis but can train two at a time for those happier training with friends.

I am qualified to offer nutritional advice and support and to train pre and post natal ladies.  Having had babies myself, I am very passionate about the importance and benefits of pre and post natal exercise.
